On 16th of June, 2022,  the school-enterprise cooperation project
signing ceremony between Taian Secondary Vocational School and Rhein-Koester
was successfully held in Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Enterprise
Integration Demonstration Base.

Both
parties will make full use of the platform advantages of the Sino-German
Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base,
integrate high-quality resources from both sides, strengthen the development of
professional groups, and integrate the localized German ‘Dual System’ training
experiences and international resources of Rhein-Koester, form a new talent
training model that can be implemented, conforms to modern vocational education
with characteristics of China and is suitable for school development; supports
schools building high-level teaching staff, accurately meets the needs of
regions, industries and enterprises to develop high-end talents, and cultivates
more compound talents with international perspectives, jointly create a model
of localization and innovation of German ‘dual system’ talent training model.
