On April 23-24, 2025, Rheingold invited Mr. Hans Daniel, President of the Bavarian Institute of Technology in Germany, to conduct a special training on “German Dual System Vocational Education and Teaching Methods” at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base.
During the training period, Mr. Daniel systematically elaborated on key elements such as “collaborative education between enterprises and schools”, “practice oriented curriculum system”, “role of chambers of commerce”, and “certification pathways” based on the core framework of Germany’s dual education system. He demonstrated through rich cases and detailed data how Germany’s dual education system closely integrates theoretical learning with practical work, cultivating applied talents who possess both solid professional skills and strong professional ethics.
Eight years ago, the Bavarian Institute of Technology in Germany began a strategic cooperation with Rheingold, “Mr. Daniel said in an interview.” We continue to provide professional training support for Rheingold and its partners, and have established a deep trust relationship through years of cooperation.He said: “We will work together with top German vocational education institutions such as Kempten First Vocational School and Meimingen First Vocational School, and with leading enterprises in southwest Bavaria such as Glauber Group to jointly launch transnational talent training projects.

At the beginning of the event, professional trainers from Rheingold used “The Evolution History of Industrial Robots” as a starting point to popularize the core areas of automation technology to students through vivid explanations and video demonstrations. From early robotic arms to intelligent collaborative robots, from PLC programming logic to equipment debugging processes, students gradually build a three-dimensional understanding of intelligent manufacturing through interactive Q&A. Immersive experience session, students are grouped to operate teaching robots, and under the guidance of trainers, they try to control the robotic arm to complete tasks such as material grasping and trajectory drawing.
