On July 21, 2023, Mr. Gu Wei, Deputy
Director of the Employment Promotion and Unemployment Insurance Division of the
Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province, visited
and conducted research at Rhein Koester. Ms. Ma Xiaojuan, Chief of the
Vocational Development Section of the Zibo Municipal Bureau of Human Resources
and Social Security, accompanied the research. Rhein Koester’s CEO, Mr. Yan
