On December 4, 2021,Qingdao Technical College and Rhein-Koester cooperatively launched class—Rhein-Class for Corporate Training opening ceremony has been successfully held. Zhang Yunlong, Dean of Haier College of Qingdao Technical College, Hu Chengman, Executive Deputy General Manager of Rhein-koester (China) and General Manager of Rhein-koester (Qingdao) Co.,Ltd, Gao Ping, Deputy General Manager, attended the opening ceremony. Representatives of teachers from Haier College of Qingdao Technical College, representatives of Rhein-Koester’s trainer group, and 73 students (mechatronics subject) from the ‘Rhein-class’ of Qingdao Technical College participated in the event.

In his speech, Dean Zhang Yunlong reviewed the establishment of the school-enterprise cooperation class and the efforts made by the school-enterprise parties. At the same time, he highly praised Rhein-Koester’s technical advantages in the field of intelligent manufacturing and its contribution to the integration of intelligent manufacturing, production and education.

Hu Chengman, Executive Deputy General Manager of Rhein-Koester (China) and General Manager of Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Co.,Ltd., introduced the company’s action-oriented teaching model based on the German dual system talent training system and dual system localization innovation, as well as loose-leaf textbooks and advanced teaching method.

After visiting the Rhein-Koester’s teaching factory, the students of the two classes took mechanical and electrical training courses respectively, and successfully completed the training task. After the training, the participating students have a deeper understanding and recognition of the dual system teaching model and methods, and are full of expectations for the follow-up corporate training courses.
