On April 29, 2025, Guan Enwen, a second level inspector from the Education Department of Shandong Province (Provincial Education Working Committee), led a research team on “Building a Strong Talent Province” to visit key enterprises in Zibo High tech Zone for investigation.

The research group visited the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base operated by Rheingold, focusing on the company’s innovative practices in building new research and development institutions, tackling key technologies, and attracting high-end talents. They also observed the internship and training of the Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering major at Dalian University of Technology and the AI+Sino German Rheingold Intelligent Craftsman Class, experiencing the educational characteristics of “deep integration of theoretical teaching and production practice”.
