On 19th of January, 2022, approximately 20 teachers (trainees) from the Hunan Vocational College Teacher Improvement Class visited Rhein-Koester (Hunan) Inter-Enterprises Training Center and exchange ideas in innovative practice of the German dual system vocational teaching mode, assessment methods, and the work of the German dual system localization.

The visiting teachers of the vocational college said that they personally experienced the current situation of the localization of the German dual system talent training system during the visiting, which supports them better developing themselves in future teaching. They hope to find an entry point in the vocational education reform in the future to carry out in-depth cooperation with the company and jointly promote the development of vocational education.
