The event was attended by<br \/>\nMr. Liu Dali, Director of the Rhein Koester Industrial Research Institute,<br \/>\nvarious professional trainers, and nearly 30 participating teachers from the<br \/>\ntwo institutions.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;margin-left:0cm\">\n\t<span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:16px\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/20230823154133_94152.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;margin-left:0cm\">\n\t<span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:16px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/20230823154140_83568.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:16px\">Director Liu Dali put forward three hopes:<br \/>\nFirstly, he hoped that all participating teachers would be able to apply what<br \/>\nthey have learned, integrating the outcomes of this training into their daily<br \/>\nteaching processes, ensuring that what students learn can be put into practice<br \/>\nto create benefits for enterprises after graduation. Secondly, he encouraged<br \/>\nall participating teachers to persistently engage in research in their future<br \/>\nwork, by publishing their research findings in schools or journals, fostering<br \/>\ncollaborative discussions on vocational education reform. Lastly, he aspired<br \/>\nfor all participating teachers to transition from being contributors to<br \/>\nvocational education reform to becoming leaders in the field.
