The three parties expressed their commitment<br \/>\nto ensuring the high-quality operation of the project.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:16px\">At the signing ceremony, Li Yongxin, Chairman of Offcn Education,<br \/>\ndelivered an important speech.
